The pencil exercise has been tested and proven by experts to increase eye health. It also is recommended and utilized by many eye doctors. To complete the pencil exercise simply take a pencil and hold it in front of you. Pick a specific spot on the pencil to focus on. Then keep your eyes on that set spot as you move the pencil closer and farther away from you. This exercise helps identify and improve weak muscles in your eyes when performed regularly.

Remember your eyes are your primary sense and need to be protected.
